FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER, I HAVE BEEN DRAWN TO ALL THINGS BEAUTY.

As a little girl, I would sit and admire my news anchor mom as she did her hair and makeup for her evening broadcasts. My playdates would often turn into makeover sessions, and I loved searching the web for makeup tips to print and tape on my bathroom mirror. The signs that I should pursue a beauty career were clear, but the journey there was not immediate.

As an adult, life has pulled me in various directions. I got a college degree in musical theater, pursued acting professionally, fell into a decade-long career in advertising, moved from LA to NYC, and I found my incredible husband. It’s been a wild ride.

My inner passion for beauty was reignited as a bride-to-be looking for a hairstylist and makeup artist. Researching and connecting with successful, career-established artists got me thinking, “Hey, I can do this too!” After the wedding of my dreams, I enrolled in beauty classes at The Makeup Academy NYC, and well, you can probably guess the rest. My inner beauty spark was finally able to flourish.

Having been in the client seat myself, I understand the importance of feeling heard and valued. As a beauty professional, I strive to truly listen to my clients, understand their beauty goals, and deliver. There is no better feeling than using my artistry to meet my clients’ expectations and boosting their confidence. I am thankful for every client who trusts me with their vision and welcome opportunities to collaborate and create something beautiful.
